Senior associate-level role within a growing insurance coverage team based in Mexico City. The team advises insurers and reinsurers on coverage issues and provides claims defence support for a range of matters.

The role involves advising on coverage positions, assisting claims handlers in managing and defending claims, and working on both advisory and contentious matters across the Mexican insurance market. The position is within a global firm with opportunities for cross-border work and regional collaboration.

This is a full-time, hybrid role for candidates able to manage a busy caseload and contribute proactively to team workstreams.

Qualified to practice law in Mexico.
2–5 years PQE in insurance coverage work at a law firm.
Experience with insurance coverage and claims defence/consulting.
Fluent English; Spanish preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication, research and technical legal skills.
Organised, proactive, able to manage a caseload of low–medium value claims with attention to detail.
