Opportunity to join a 14-lawyer insurance disputes team in Exeter handling a broad mix of domestic and international insurance and personal injury matters. The role offers exposure to litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution across coverage, liability, subrogation and personal injury work in the England & Wales jurisdiction.

The post-holder will work closely with partners and other fee-earners in a collaborative, collegiate environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking instructions, progressing matters through the litigation process, attending client meetings, managing files in line with compliance requirements, and contributing to team marketing and training activities.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
Strong technical litigation skills with ability to manage and progress matters with minimal supervision
Experience of insurance-related disputes (coverage, liability, subrogation and/or personal injury)
Client-focused with excellent communication and file-management skills
Commercial awareness, ability to handle volume work and meet deadlines
Team player with drive and a proactive approach to business development and professional growth
