We are seeking an Associate with 3–6 years' insurance litigation experience to join a US insurance disputes team in Dallas. The role focuses on first-party property and complex coverage matters, including business interruption and bad-faith disputes, representing domestic and international insurers.

Day-to-day work includes drafting coverage opinions, pleadings and motions; managing discovery and document productions; handling depositions, hearings and mediations; coordinating with experts and consultants; and providing strategic coverage advice to insurer clients. The team values proactive, independent lawyers who can take ownership of their caseload.

3–6 years' insurance coverage and litigation experience (first-party property, product/premises liability preferred)
Admitted to practice in Texas
Strong legal writing, analysis and oral advocacy skills
Demonstrable ability to manage complex caseloads and coordinate experts/consultants
Willingness to travel as needed
