IP Litigation Associate

We are seeking a litigation associate to join a market-leading Intellectual Property Litigation group in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a hands-on role focused on patent and trade-secret disputes, offering substantial responsibility for case strategy and client work from day one.

The associate will actively manage patent and trade-secret matters, contribute to all phases of litigation, and help mentor and develop junior team members. The platform serves sophisticated technology and life-sciences clients in complex, high-stakes disputes.

The position is based in Northern California and offers a competitive base salary range of $260,000 to $420,000, commensurate with experience.

• 3 to 7 years of experience working on and managing patent and trade-secret litigation
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Interest and ability in teaching and mentoring junior associates
• High level of academic achievement
• Solid law firm experience preferred
