Associate — IP Litigation, Northern California

Top-tier litigation team seeks an associate with 3–7 years' experience in patent and trade-secret litigation. The role involves drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and supporting trial preparation for high-stakes matters.

Successful candidates will have solid law-firm litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and an ability to supervise and mentor more junior associates. This position is based in Northern California and will work on complex federal-court IP disputes.

• 3–7 years' post-qualification litigation experience with a focus on patent and trade-secret cases
• Experience taking and defending depositions and managing discovery in complex IP matters
• Proven law-firm litigation background and strong academic record
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior lawyers and manage case teams
