Associate, Leveraged Finance — New York

Top-tier New York finance team is seeking a leveraged finance associate to join its transactional practice. The role focuses on leveraged loans and acquisition financings across sponsor-backed and corporate transactions.

The successful candidate will work on live deal execution within a collaborative, high-volume group, supporting senior lawyers on structuring, documentation and lender negotiations. The team offers exposure to complex financing mandates and cross-practice coordination.

• Class of 2019–2023 or equivalent junior to mid-level associate experience
• Experience on leveraged loans and acquisition financings; candidates with related finance experience will be considered
• Strong drafting and transaction-management skills; comfortable working in fast-paced deal teams
• Excellent academic record and US bar qualification (or equivalent) preferred
