An elite international law firm seeks mid-to-senior associates to join its Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions group in New York, with a focus on the life sciences sector.

The role centers on licensing and collaboration transactions for life sciences clients, including complex technology and IP-driven commercial arrangements. You will work closely with colleagues across IP and technology transactions on sophisticated, high-value matters.

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in intellectual property and technology transactions
