Associate — Litigation — Washington, D.C.

A major international litigation practice is seeking a 4th–7th year associate to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role will sit on the commercial litigation team handling complex matters across federal courts and related disputes.

Candidates with federal clerkship experience — particularly EDVa clerks — or current judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.

• 4–7 years post‑qualification litigation experience
• Substantive complex commercial litigation background (federal courtroom experience preferred)
• Admission to the D.C. Bar and Virginia Bar
• Strong academic record and excellent legal writing skills
• Federal clerkship experience (EDVa preference) or current clerks encouraged
