Join a growing, market-facing employment practice in the Middle East advising multinational businesses, government entities and senior executives on complex, cross-border people issues. The team handles advisory work, high-value disputes, global mobility, workplace investigations and strategic workforce projects.

This role gives early and regular client contact. You will advise on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters including day-to-day employment advisory, senior exits and complex employee-relations issues, cross-border restructurings and mobility projects, sensitive investigations, enforcement of restrictive covenants and reward/incentive structures.

The team offers a genuine platform for career progression, business development and visible contribution to shaping the regional practice. The role suits someone committed to building an employment practice in the region and keen to work closely with senior lawyers and clients.

  • 2-7 years' PQE in employment law.
  • Experience from a leading employment practice (UK or international law firm) with strong exposure to both contentious and advisory work.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and organisational skills; attention to detail.
  • Proven project management and due diligence experience; ability to produce high-quality first drafts of transactional and ancillary documents.
  • Confident client-facing skills, able to work independently and as part of a team; resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in business development; regional experience advantageous but not essential.
