Join a growing, market-facing employment practice in the Middle East advising multinational businesses, government entities and senior executives on complex, cross-border people issues. The team handles advisory work, high-value disputes, global mobility, workplace investigations and strategic workforce projects.

This role gives early and regular client contact. You will advise on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters including day-to-day employment advisory, senior exits and complex employee-relations issues, cross-border restructurings and mobility projects, sensitive investigations, enforcement of restrictive covenants and reward/incentive structures.

2-7 years' PQE in employment law.
Experience from a leading employment practice (UK or international law firm) with strong exposure to both contentious and advisory work.
Excellent drafting, analytical and organisational skills; attention to detail.
Proven project management and due diligence experience; ability to produce high-quality first drafts of transactional and ancillary documents.
Confident client-facing skills, able to work independently and as part of a team; resilience and ability to work under pressure.
Commercial awareness and an interest in business development; regional experience advantageous but not essential.
