Apply in confidence →Join a national regulatory-crime team to defend motor crime investigations and prosecutions. You will handle a high-quality caseload across England & Wales, from police investigation stages through to trial, including coroners’ work and cases instructed with leading experts and counsel.
The role sits in a busy, insurer‑facing practice (no legal aid work), providing exposure to death/serious‑injury driving matters, drink‑driving, speeding and related motoring offences. The team is collaborative, growing and offers clear development and progression.
- 2–5 years’ post‑qualification experience (open to NQ and experienced candidates)
- Experience or exposure to motoring offences and knowledge of the Criminal Justice System (England & Wales)
- Strong client‑handling and communication skills; resilient and proactive in a fast‑paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
- Advocacy experience desirable but not essential
