Associate — Public Law Litigation, Sydney

Opportunity for an Associate with public law litigation experience to join a busy Dispute Resolution / Public Law team in Sydney. You will work on a varied caseload of administrative law, judicial review and related public sector litigation matters, and assist on court and tribunal advocacy.

The role offers exposure to government work across Commonwealth and State panels, structured team support and clear opportunities for professional development within a national disputes practice.

• 2–5 years post-admission experience in administrative/public law and litigation
• Experience advising or acting for Commonwealth and/or State government agencies desirable
• Confident courtroom advocacy and the ability to run subpoena objections and other contested processes
• Strong drafting, negotiation and case-management skills; attention to detail
• Capacity to manage a busy workload to competing deadlines and work collaboratively in a team
