The role focuses on reviewing and updating GC21 construction contract templates and internal guidance, advising internal stakeholders, and supporting contract negotiation and drafting. The team seeks someone who can work autonomously, manage senior stakeholder relationships and hit the ground running.
- Minimum 6 years' post-qualification construction law experience
- Proven experience drafting, negotiating and updating construction contracts (GC21 experience highly regarded)
- Experience advising government or public-sector entities preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement, interviewing and cross-team liaison skills
- Ability to work autonomously on a part-time (2–3 days/week) short-term engagement
- Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
