Join a market-leading regional restructuring team in Birmingham as a newly qualified associate (0–2 PQE). You will work on a mix of non-contentious corporate and real estate restructuring matters, with some exposure to contentious insolvency work, supporting senior lawyers and leading smaller assignments.

The role offers exposure to cross-sector restructurings (retail, energy, education and financial services) and stakeholder-side work for lenders, funds and insolvency practitioners. You will be encouraged to contribute to business development and to develop commercially-focused, client-facing skills.

Newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE in restructuring/insolvency
At least one seat in a restructuring or insolvency team

Client-focused with good communication skills; willingness to participate in business development
