Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor — Birmingham

Join a national full‑service firm’s Birmingham restructuring & insolvency team, working on a varied mix of contentious and non‑contentious matters. The role offers exposure to administrations, liquidations, CVAs, restructuring solutions, office‑holder litigation and transactional support such as sales out of administration.

You will work as part of a collaborative national practice, managing your own matters with appropriate supervision, drafting client‑facing advice and documents, and supporting business development and the continued growth of the local and national team.

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
• Practical experience or training exposure in restructuring & insolvency matters.
• Interest in both contentious and non‑contentious insolvency work and confidence advising clients.
• Strong drafting, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities; team‑oriented approach.
