12-month fixed-term role within a national firm’s private client team, supporting deputyship, trusts and Court of Protection work. You will manage your own caseload of property and affairs matters and support deputies on multi-issue matters.

The role involves preparing statutory wills, overseeing property and care arrangements, and working closely with associates and paralegals to deliver client-centred services. The team offers hybrid flexibility with an expectation of attending the Birmingham office once per week.

  • NQ–4 years PQE in Court of Protection or related private client practice
  • Strong understanding of Court of Protection procedures and related litigation
  • Experience with deputyships, trusts or probate desirable
  • Empathetic, resilient, excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Able to manage a complex caseload and work collaboratively
  • Required to attend the Birmingham office once per week
