Associate, Securitization — New York

Leading global finance team is seeking an associate with securitization and structured finance experience to join its New York office. The role focuses on asset-backed securitizations and private structured finance transactions across a range of asset classes.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors and lenders in both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities. The team works on transactions including ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and other consumer and esoteric assets.

• Minimum 2 years of transactional experience in asset-backed securitizations or structured finance
• Experience with ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, consumer, SFR, data center or other structured asset transactions
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills for offering and transaction documents for issuers, underwriters, sponsors, investors or lenders
• Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar
