An opportunity has arisen for a disputes lawyer to join a leading national Financial Services Disputes team. The role is offered on a hybrid basis and can be based from any of the firm's UK offices. It would suit a qualified disputes lawyer between 1 and 5 PQE.

The team is one of the largest in the UK, with a strong track record in high-profile banking disputes, including appellate work. You will run a varied contentious caseload for financial services clients and work closely with Legal Directors and Partners on complex disputes across the firm's portfolio.

Responsibilities include supervising junior team members, providing strategic and commercial legal advice, and participating in business development with clients and prospective clients. Collaboration with colleagues across nationwide offices is central to the role.

Qualified disputes and litigation solicitor with 1-5 PQE, ideally from a large national or international firm
Financial services disputes experience is preferred but not essential
Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines autonomously
Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development
An ambitious and enthusiastic team player able to support senior fee earners
