A leading global law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Securities & Public Advisory team in New York. The role focuses on capital markets and structured finance work, with a strong weighting toward private securities offerings, securitization, and structured lending transactions.

The successful candidate will work across a broad mix of matters, including private placements, asset-backed and structured lending facilities, and general bank or syndicated lending. Exposure to CLO, ABS, or CMBS transactions is welcome but not essential; the team is equally interested in candidates with a solid private securities offering or lending background.

This is an opportunity for an Associate who enjoys a varied, transactional practice and wants to develop within a market-leading capital markets platform. Excellent academic credentials and prior law firm experience are important.

2–6+ years of substantive experience in private securities offerings, securitization, asset-backed lending, structured lending, or general bank / syndicated lending.
CLO, ABS, or CMBS experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent academic credentials.
Solid law firm work experience.
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a U.S. state bar.
