Growth-oriented New York office seeks a junior- to mid-level associate with hands-on experience structuring and documenting collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other credit products. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating and closing structured finance transactions, including CLOs, private credit facilities, syndicated loans and credit insurance arrangements.

The successful candidate will work closely with deal teams across investment, risk and compliance functions to develop new structured products and to address U.S. and cross-border regulatory considerations affecting credit deals. The team offers a collaborative, high-volume transactional environment at a major international law firm.

JD (or equivalent) and admission to the New York bar, in good standing
Junior- to mid-level associate with substantive structured finance experience, including CLOs and related credit products
Proven drafting, negotiation and transaction-management skills on complex financings
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams under tight timelines
