Associate — Structured Finance (Financial Institutions) — New York

Top-tier global law firm is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join its New York finance team. The role involves lead drafting, negotiating, and documenting securitization and structured finance transactions and working directly with deal teams from structuring through closing.

You'll work on a variety of matters including warehouse facilities, forward flow arrangements and other securitizations, collaborate with colleagues across practices, and have meaningful partner/client contact and transactional responsibility.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York bar in good standing
• Approximately 3 years' experience in structured finance/securitization at a large or global law firm or comparable practice
• Experience representing market participants (issuers, sponsors, borrowers and/or lenders) on securitizations and related financings
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and supervise junior associates
