Top-tier US law firm is seeking a midlevel associate to join its Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. This is a multi-office US role; candidates will support transactional and advisory matters across software, cloud, AI, blockchain, fintech and related technologies.

Typical work includes drafting and negotiating technology and licensing agreements, advising on IP and data-privacy issues, and supporting M&A and financing matters and product launches for start-ups and established companies. The role offers hybrid working and firm benefits.

Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in technology transactions, licensing or privacy/data protection.
Proven drafting and negotiation experience with software, cloud, outsourcing or SaaS agreements; familiarity with AI, blockchain, fintech or mobile app matters preferred.
Experience at a national or AmLaw 50 law firm preferred; excellent academic record.
Strong commercial judgment, client-facing experience and ability to work across offices on cross-border matters.
