A growing US insurance coverage team is seeking attorneys to join its California offices to represent insurers in coverage and related commercial litigation. The role involves drafting coverage opinions, advising on policy rights and obligations, and managing coverage litigation from pleadings through hearings and mediations.

Day-to-day work includes legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings, discovery, motions and correspondence; attending depositions, hearings and mediations; and maintaining proactive client communication and matter management. The team offers hybrid working arrangements and a focus on professional development and mentorship.

Bar admission in California (other state admissions considered for experienced candidates)
Experience in insurance coverage and/or coverage litigation, or commercial litigation with a demonstrable interest in coverage work
Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
Excellent organization, time-management and client-communication abilities; able to handle multiple time-sensitive matters
