The team advises on a broad range of secured commercial lending transactions and other finance matters, offering exposure to high-quality, varied work in a collaborative environment.
- 4–6 years of experience in secured commercial lending transactions or a relevant finance practice
- Experience with syndicated and bilateral bank financings, asset-based lending, NAV financings, acquisition financings, or commodity financings
- Excellent academic credentials
- Solid law firm or in-house legal experience
