Capital Markets Associate

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level capital markets associate to join its dynamic Capital Markets team. This position is available across multiple U.S. offices and offers exposure to sophisticated finance transactions.

The role involves advising clients on a broad range of matters, including general bank lending, syndicated lending, asset-backed lending, structured lending, capital markets, and securitization. Candidates with CLO and/or CMBS experience are preferred, though not required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and solid law firm experience, and will thrive in a collaborative environment.

• 2–8 years of substantial experience in general bank lending (including syndicated lending), asset-backed lending, structured lending, capital markets, and/or securitization
• CLO and/or CMBS experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent academic credentials
• Solid law firm work experience
