Capital Markets Staff Attorney

A leading international law firm is seeking recent graduates to join its Capital Markets practice as Staff Attorneys, supporting securitization, structured finance and structured products work across multiple U.S. offices.

This is a staff attorney position suited to candidates at the start of their legal careers who are eager to build hands-on experience in a high-volume, technically demanding transactional practice.

The role is open across several U.S. offices, offering a collaborative platform and exposure to a broad range of structured finance and capital markets matters.

• Recent law school graduate (or awaiting bar results)
• Experience or a demonstrated interest in securitization, structured finance and structured products
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transactional workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in working within a multi-office capital markets team
