An internationally recognized Banking & Finance practice is seeking an associate with three to six years of experience to join its team. The practice represents both lenders and borrowers across a broad spectrum of domestic and international debt financings, including private credit transactions, receivables financings, structured credit, distressed financings, syndicated credit facilities, and growth capital financings.

While the team is focused on candidates based in New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, successful candidates may be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices. The firm values collegiality among its lawyers and provides training, mentoring, retreats, and shadowing opportunities to integrate associates into client teams.

The expected salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible time off.

Three to six years of relevant law firm experience
Highly motivated with superior client service skills
Member of the Bar in a U.S. state and able to satisfy jurisdictional requirements
