• Licensed to practice in California
• Minimum 1 year bankruptcy-related PQE (all levels considered)
• Practical experience in bankruptcy litigation and creditors' rights
• Strong legal writing, research and analytical skills
• Self-starter with client-service focus and ability to manage matters independently
