Licensed and admitted to practice in California
Excellent academic credentials
Proven skills in legal writing, analysis, and research
Self-starter able to take ownership of work on complex matters in state and federal court
Preferred: experience propounding and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, and drafting dispositive and pre-trial motions
Trial experience preferred but not required
Class action defense experience a plus but not required
