Immediate openings for junior to mid-level business and commercial litigation attorneys with a California bar admission. The role is with a national, full‑service law firm offering hybrid and flexible work options and clear paths for professional growth within a busy commercial litigation practice.

Successful candidates will join a rapidly growing team handling complex matters in state and federal courts, including defense-side commercial disputes and class action work. The group offers hands-on responsibility, mentorship, and opportunities to develop trial and motion practice skills.

• 1–6 years litigation experience (associates level)
• Admission to practice in California
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, and drafting dispositive and pre‑trial motions preferred
• Trial experience and class action defense experience a plus
