J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited law school
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
3–5 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration practice
Demonstrated technical knowledge of U.S. immigration law and experience preparing/filing complex matters
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members preferred; client-facing experience required
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-based environment
