U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or the D.C. Bar
8+ years' post‑qualification experience in business immigration
Recognized technical expertise in immigration law
Prior team management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills and client service orientation
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to process improvement
