The role involves end-to-end case and project management, acting as a strategic advisor to senior clients, leading major matters, supervising and mentoring junior staff, and contributing to process improvements and regional collaboration. Expect a mix of technical immigration work, client relationship management, and participation in business development and pitches.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration at the associate level
Recognized technical expertise in immigration law and prior team management experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
