Juris Doctor and active state bar membership in good standing; ability to maintain licensure during employment.

Proven experience with employment-based visas (both nonimmigrant and immigrant): PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visas.
Excellent writing, organizational, and legal research skills; comfortable managing client interactions and deadlines.
