We are seeking a mid-level capital markets associate to join a busy securitization and asset-backed finance practice in New York. The role focuses on residential mortgage loan securitizations as well as the securitization of other consumer receivables, including credit card, auto, unsecured and student loan assets.

The position offers hands-on involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through documentation and closing, working closely with a collaborative team on behalf of issuers, sponsors and other market participants.

Candidates with additional experience, including asset-based lending exposure, are also encouraged to apply and will be considered for the appropriate level.

2–6 years of relevant capital markets experience
Experience with residential mortgage loan securitization and/or securitization of consumer receivables (credit card, auto, unsecured, student loan)
Strong transaction-management, drafting and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively within a team on fast-moving deals
Admission to the New York Bar (or eligible to practice in New York)
