Capital Markets Associate — Securities

Top-tier US law firm is seeking a mid-level capital markets associate to join its national securities practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will focus on public offerings, IPOs and ongoing securities work for public company clients.

Successful candidates will be experienced in representing issuers and underwriters in equity and equity-linked offerings, advising public companies on SEC and exchange reporting and corporate governance, and managing day-to-day client needs on time-sensitive matters.

• 3–7 years of PQE in capital markets/securities practice
• Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and follow-on equity transactions
• Familiarity advising public companies on SEC reporting, exchange compliance and corporate governance
• Prior experience in the capital markets group of a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
