Capital Markets Associate — Securities

Senior associate opportunity in a national capital markets group. The role focuses on public securities work, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked offerings, and on advising public companies on governance, SEC reporting and exchange compliance.

Ideal candidates will have experience representing issuers and/or underwriters on public offerings across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors, and comfortable managing day-to-day client delivery for sophisticated clients. • 3–7 years' PQE in capital markets/public securities work
• Experience on public securities offerings (IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions); experience with issuers and/or underwriters
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC reporting and exchange compliance
• Background at a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
