Civil Litigation Associate — Mass Tort & Product Liability, Minneapolis

Experienced civil litigation associate opportunity within a national litigation practice, focused on mass tort and product liability matters. The role is based in the Minneapolis office and reports to senior litigation attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group.

Responsibilities include handling all phases of litigation: factual investigation, managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, client communication, and independently managing cases. The team seeks proactive, entrepreneurial candidates who can manage multiple matters and articulate strategy clearly.

• 5–8 years of litigation experience (preferably in mass tort/product liability)
• Demonstrated experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case management
• Active Minnesota bar license or commitment to obtain promptly; additional licensure in CA, FL, or TX preferred
• Excellent academic credentials, strong judgment, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
