Commercial Litigation Associate — Minneapolis

Mid‑level commercial litigation associate role on a broad and expanding dispute-resolution team in Minneapolis. The group handles complex litigation across local, state and federal courts at both trial and appellate levels, representing a mix of local, national and international clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing matters, drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting discovery, and participating in oral advocacy within a collegial, team‑oriented environment. This is an opportunity for hands‑on case responsibility and professional growth under experienced litigators.

Active admission to the Minnesota bar, or eligibility to waive in, is required.

• 4–6 years of litigation experience (firm or clerkship experience preferred)
• Experience with commercial real estate loan defaults and workouts
• Strong legal writing, attention to detail, and solid academic credentials
