Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
3+ years of class action or collective action defense experience in employment or wage-and-hour matters
Admitted to and in good standing with the Pennsylvania bar
Experience acting as lead counsel on employment litigation matters
Familiarity with state and federal administrative enforcement practices
Strong attention to detail, organization and project-management skills
