A market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid-level to senior associates to support a broad, sophisticated transactional practice. The group collaborates closely across offices and handles complex project development and financings for clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

The role offers substantive responsibility on significant transactions, with a particular focus on either tax equity and project finance matters or project development work such as construction and engineering contracts and offtake agreements. Candidates will work as part of a highly collaborative, cross-office team.

The position is open across several major U.S. markets, and candidates are asked to indicate their preferred office location in their cover letter.

3–6 years of relevant experience at a leading law firm
Strong academic credentials
Sophisticated transactional experience with a focus on tax equity and project finance, or project development (construction/EPC contracts) and offtake agreements
U.S. bar admission (or eligibility) in the home office location
