Seeking a mid-level commercial litigation associate to join a busy Florida litigation team. The role focuses on managing and defending complex commercial disputes in both federal and state courts, including large-scale consumer class actions and high-exposure defensive litigation.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with consumer protection/consumer fraud matters, privacy and data-breach issues, products liability, and/or health-care related litigation. The team values strong legal research and writing, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on fact- and motion-intensive matters.

Admission to the Florida bar in good standing is required.

5–7 years of litigation experience (commercial/class action defense preferred)
Proven experience managing complex federal and state litigation matters
Experience with consumer protection/consumer fraud, privacy/data-breach, products liability or health-care litigation preferred
Excellent research, drafting and courtroom/motion practice skills
Strong academic credentials and attention to detail
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida
