Join the litigation team of a global Am Law 100 firm’s Fort Lauderdale office as a 3–5 year associate handling complex commercial disputes. You'll work on high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts, supporting and managing matters from discovery through trial and alternative dispute resolution.

Typical work includes drafting and arguing substantive motions, conducting and defending depositions (including experts), leading discovery and e-discovery, and advising clients on case strategy. The role offers collaborative team-based litigation, exposure to sophisticated matters across industries, and opportunities for cross-office coordination.

3–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm or a clerkship plus firm combination
Experience with complex commercial matters; exposure to corporate, financial institution, real estate, construction, securities, or class action work is a plus
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; federal and state court experience
Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for prompt admission; excellent academic record and strong attention to detail
