Commercial Litigation Associate — Phoenix

Top-tier national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Phoenix. The team handles complex commercial matters in state and federal courts, including trial and appellate work, for a broad range of local, national and international clients.

The role offers hands-on litigation experience across commercial, corporate, financial services, real estate, regulatory and construction disputes, with opportunities for professional development in a collegial, mentor-driven environment. Candidates must be able to meet local licensure requirements.

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience (preferably including commercial, corporate, financial services, real estate, regulatory or construction disputes)
• Strong writing, analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent academic credentials
• Active Arizona bar license or eligibility/ability to waive into Arizona bar
