An established, full-service law firm is seeking a commercial litigation attorney to join its Pittsburgh office and handle complex matters for clients in regulated and fast-moving industries. The role involves managing all phases of commercial litigation with regular client contact.

Key responsibilities include case strategy and management, first-chair trial or appellate advocacy where required, tort litigation work, and supervising and coordinating teams of attorneys and staff. Strong drafting and advocacy skills are essential.

Juris Doctor (JD) required; licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
Approximately 8+ years of commercial litigation experience
First-chair trial experience and/or appellate experience preferred
Experience with tort litigation and managing litigation teams
Superior academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills
