Well-established global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Commercial Disputes team in the Pittsburgh office. The role involves working on general commercial litigation matters, including multi-district litigation and class actions in state and federal courts.

Successful candidates will work with experienced litigators, receive active mentoring, and take on increasing responsibility for case strategy, client service and courtroom work. The team places a strong emphasis on hands-on discovery management, including e-discovery, and on high-quality drafting and advocacy.

J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to or eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania bar
Approximately 3–5 years' litigation experience in commercial disputes, MDL or class actions in state and federal courts
Demonstrated experience with legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing discovery (including e-discovery)
Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and communication skills, and ability to work independently and in teams; clerkship or journal experience preferred
