Seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy Compensation & Benefits group in Los Angeles. The role focuses on equity and executive compensation matters across corporate transactions and public-company work.

Typical matters include equity plan design and documentation, executive agreements and proxy disclosure, IRC Sections 280G and 409A analyses, and support on M&A and IPO activity. The team values careful drafting, commercial judgment and clear client-facing communication.

  • 3–6 years post-qualification experience in compensation & benefits, executive compensation or related employment work
  • Experience with equity-based compensation, executive agreements, proxy disclosure and IRC Sections 280G and 409A
  • Experience supporting M&A and IPO-related compensation work
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and oral communication skills
