Compensation & Benefits Associate — Los Angeles

Senior associate role in a national firm's Compensation & Benefits practice, based in Los Angeles. The team advises on executive and equity-based compensation, benefits compliance, and related transactional work.

Work will cover equity and executive compensation matters, proxy disclosure, employment and severance arrangements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, and compensation issues arising in M&A and public offerings. The group values strong drafting, analytical skills and clear client communication.

• 3-6 years post-qualification experience in compensation & benefits law
• Experience with equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosure, IRC Sections 280G and 409A
• Experience supporting M&A and IPO-related compensation work
• Excellent academic record, strong drafting, oral communication and analytical skills
