Compensation & Benefits Associate — Employment & Labor

Experienced associate opportunity in a national compensation and benefits practice. The role focuses on equity and executive compensation matters across corporate transactions and public company work.

Day-to-day work will include drafting and advising on equity and executive compensation arrangements, proxy disclosure, employment and severance agreements, and counseling on IRC Sections 280G and 409A in the context of M&A and IPO transactions.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits (equity and executive compensation preferred)
• Experience with proxy disclosure, employment/severance agreements, and IRC Sections 280G and 409A
• Transactional experience supporting M&A and IPO matters
• Excellent writing, oral communication and analytical skills; strong academic credentials
