Join a national compensation and benefits team as an Associate focused on executive and equity-based pay matters. The role involves counseling on equity and executive compensation, preparing proxy and disclosure materials, and supporting compensation-related aspects of M&A and capital markets transactions.

The team works closely with corporate and transaction groups on IRC Sections 280G and 409A issues, employment and severance agreements, and public company reporting requirements. 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in compensation & benefits or related practice
Practical experience with equity- and executive-compensation matters, proxy disclosures, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, and compensation issues in M&A and IPOs
Strong academic credentials, excellent writing, oral communication and analytical skills
