Growing Compensation & Benefits team seeking a senior associate with strong ERISA and employee benefits experience to support retirement and health & welfare matters. The role focuses on plan design, compliance, administration and related regulatory work, including transactional counseling on benefit issues arising in mergers and acquisitions.

Work will include drafting plan documents and disclosures, compliance testing, IRS and DOL filings and audits, and correction matters. ESOP and plan‑asset rules experience is a plus. The group offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive compensation package; the expected annual pay range for this role is $390,000+.

Minimum 6 years of post‑qualification experience advising on tax‑qualified retirement plans and health & welfare plans
Practical ERISA experience: plan design, administration, compliance testing, IRS and DOL filings and audits, and correction programs
Experience counseling on benefit issues in M&A and other transactions; drafting plan documents and participant disclosures
Strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills; excellent academic credentials
ESOP and ERISA plan‑asset rule experience preferred
