Complex Litigation Associate — Class Actions

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a national complex litigation and class actions team. The practice represents corporate clients in high-stakes consumer, product liability and unfair competition matters across multiple West Coast offices (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco) and Seattle.

The role focuses on defending consumer class actions—handling briefing on class certification and summary judgment, drafting briefs and discovery responses, managing e-discovery, taking depositions, and supporting expert work. The team offers structured mentoring and professional-development support and a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience, with class action defense in consumer matters (false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, consumer protection)
• Experience with California Unfair Competition Law (UCL)
• Experience briefing class certification and/or summary judgment
• Strong drafting, discovery, deposition, and e-discovery management skills
• Active member of the California, New York, or Washington State Bar; excellent written and oral communication skills
