Construction Defect Associate — Construction Litigation, Atlanta

We are seeking an associate to join a busy construction litigation team in Atlanta focused on construction defect and related insurance-defense matters. The role involves full‑life‑cycle litigation work in a collaborative, nationally connected practice.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing caseloads, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials as needed. The team handles a range of construction and general liability matters and defends clients in property and personal injury claims.

The group welcomes candidates with insurance defense experience as well as litigators from other practices who have strong research and writing skills and want to develop in construction litigation. Georgia bar admission is required.

• 1–7 years of litigation experience, ideally with insurance defense and construction defect matters
• Strong research, drafting and motion practice skills
• Experience managing discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials
• Admission to the Georgia Bar
