The role offers exposure to commercial technology transactions, IP strategy and related matters across corporate and commercial contexts. You will work closely with experienced partners and be involved in client-facing advice and matter management.
- Admitted to practice in Australia.
- Senior associate / mid-to-senior level experience in IP and technology matters.
- Experience with technology transactions, licensing, or IP commercialisation.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills.
