Corporate Associate — M&A, Brussels

London-headquartered global law firm seeking a corporate associate for its Brussels corporate and transactions team. The role offers work on complex cross-border M&A, equity and debt capital markets matters, restructurings and related corporate work in a highly international practice.

The successful candidate will join a large, multi-disciplinary team and work closely with colleagues across offices on multi-jurisdictional transactions. The team provides structured training and regular international technical and skills development.

• Qualified Belgian lawyer with a strong academic record; postgraduate qualifications are an asset.
• Experience in corporate/M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transactional documentation and managing due diligence.
• Comfortable working on complex, cross-border matters and coordinating with multi-office teams.
• Strong commercial judgment, communication skills and ability to supervise junior staff.
• Fluent in English plus Dutch and French.
