Junior/Mid-level Mandarin-speaking Corporate Lawyer — Brussels

London-headquartered international firm is seeking a junior to mid-level corporate lawyer to join its Brussels corporate team. The role focuses on cross-border corporate work with a regular emphasis on matters involving Greater China and Mandarin-language stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work on transactional and advisory matters within a collaborative, international practice, liaising with teams across Europe and Asia. This is a development role with exposure to complex cross-border deals and client-facing opportunities.

• Qualified lawyer in Belgium or qualified in a comparable EU jurisdiction with ability to practise in Belgium (or eligibility to transfer).
• Fluent Mandarin and professional-level English; other European language skills a plus.
• 1–5 years' experience in corporate law, with demonstrable exposure to cross-border transactions or M&A.
• Strong academic record, excellent drafting and communication skills, and an ability to work effectively in multi-jurisdictional teams.
